Paneurhythmy (Supreme Cosmic Rhythm) is a dance or series of walking movements that are performed outside, while moving in a counter clock-wise circle. Participants experience a conscious connection with the earth and all living nature, and a balancing of all aspects of body, mind and spirit.

A Paneurhythmy workshop is being offered by Phyllis Thorpe,

This event takes place March 24th, 25th and 26th. All three days are going to be at the Center of Light, with outdoor practice on Saturday and Sunday, at the nearby Florence Park.

• Friday (3/24) 7 – 9 pm: Introduction to Paneurhythmy.
• Saturday (3/25) 9 am – 4 pm: Instructions on the movements, what they mean, how to do them and actual practice outside (nearby Florence Park). Vegetarian Pot luck 12 – 1 pm.
• Sunday (3/26) 1 – 4 pm: Integrating the energy, teaching, and understanding. Paneurhythmy dance at Florence Park.

Phyllis has devoted many years of her life to Paneurhythmy, and offers these workshops free of charge.

A love offering will be accepted each day, and a portion goes to Center of Light, also to Phyllis for her travel expenses.
