Hemi-Sync is an “audio-guidance” technology created by Hemi-Sync founder Robert Monroe, that uses sound (binaural beats) to synchronize the hemispheres of the brain. Monroe was a pioneer in the research of consciousness, astral projection or out-of-body experience (OBE), and is author of the book Journeys Out of the Body.
